About the Job:

As a Salesforce Test Architect who is passionate about seeing customer succeeded and ensuring best-in-class product quality, the objective of the role is End-to-End ownership of testing of the product and to be the custodian of product quality. With the CQE Test Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to join a fast-growing team that is embarking on a multi-year implementation as part of an on-going digital modernization effort.

As the project team ramps up, you will have the chance to help define and shape the vision of how the solution will be maintained and monitored to meet the business’ needs.

Experience Level: 8 – 12 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining QE health through facilitated defect management using standardized triage, defect management, and communication processes.

  • Monitor trends and improvement opportunities using Mean Time to Resolution, defect RCAs, and environment downtime as key performance indicators.

  • Conduct daily defect review with key program stakeholders, including dev, test, product, and support teams to ensure the path forward and reduce defect burn down for all prioritized defects.

  • Monitor and ensure that overall defect processes are aligned with a standard one defect process across all test phases and teams.

  • Partners with other Leads & Architect for test planning, Assignment & reporting

  • Monitor chats and host working sessions with impacted teams and ensure there is a path forward and active investigation on defects until disposition.

  • Escalation Point of contact for disputed defects & resolution.

  • Conduct root cause analysis for defects and ensure the defect is closed under the right root cause category.

  • Mitigate impediments and foster a work environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous the team’s workflow, and relentless improvements.

  • Responsible for designing holistic test architecture and Test solutions in alignment with business requirements and solution specifications.

  • Works with Test Data team for Test Data Requirement & Fulfillment.

  • Responsible for defining the test architecture, conducting study for testable and non-testable requirements and identify key automatable areas.

  • Decision maker in Entry and Exit of internal /development Testing stages.

  • Sound experience in CICD Integration and development of Automation framework.

  • Framework Maintenance and execution.

Primary / Mandatory skills:

Overall – 8 to 12 years’ experience in Product Testing and automation with minimum 3+ years of experience on Salesforce CRM application with different clouds like Sales, Service and Marketing with a strong functional knowledge with LWC components.

  • Min. 3 Years of experience in Salesforce Testing.

  • Good hands-on experience on Sales/Service/CLM/Marketing Cloud and R&A testing.

  • Able to perform Test configurations on SFDC platform like Roles, profiles, PS, Groups, OWD, Triggers, Execution batches, visual force pages, LWC etc.

  • Expert in SF Functional testing with expertise on E2E, Integration, Functional and Regression.

  • Experience in writing the SOQL and SOSL queries.

  • Extensive understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items.

  • Expertise in CRM, Order Management, Charging, Billing & Automation

Experience on ADO implementation, Pipelines, work items and Test Plan

  • Mandatory to have data import/export using data loader / work bench

  • Have deep experience of system level debugging (including customer issues) with good understanding of managing and triaging production level issues.

  • Should be familiar with database query language such as SQL/NoSQL which enables them to draft queries for data procurement and analysis.

  • Should be well versed with at least 1 object-oriented programming language like Java, Python, C#, etc.

  • Should have experience in orchestrating CI/CD for automation and version controlling such as GIT.

  • Should have hands on experience with automated testing in either Web/Mobile or API automation using Selenium/Appium/Rest Assured with BDD/TDD frameworks.

  • Should have a good understanding of API testing and be able to perform API testing using relevant tools like Postman, REST Assured or SoapUI.

  • Proven experience in Testing/defect management and triaging in a fast-paced software development environment.

  • Experience in using defect tracking tools like JIRA and creating reports using Power BI.

  • Experience of system level debugging (including customer issues) with good understanding of managing and triaging production level issues.

  • Expertise in preparing daily status reports/dashboards to Management.

  • Should be able to Co-ordinate proactively with Testing Team, Dev Leads & Other Members.

  • Expertise in Risk Identification & analysis.

  • Proven expertise in Agile software development especially Scrum and Kanban .

  • Experience in Telecom Industry is added advantage.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Skills:

Functional Testing: Test Planning, Test Design, Test and Defect Management tools like JIRA, Zephyr, Reporting tools, JIRA, Postman, MuleSoft Any Point Studio, Salesforce Inspector

Automation Testing: Core Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, GIT, SQL, Katalon Studio

Additional information (if any): Willing to work in Shift Duties, Willingness to learn is very important as AT&T offers excellent environment to learn Digital Transformation skills such as cloud, automation etc.

Certification : Salesforce Administrator is mandatory
