Primary Function
Seeking an experienced and motivated AV and Event professional to produce and manage live events globally from an APAC location. This role will plan, coordinate, and own production events from start to finish with a service-oriented focus on delivering great experiences to our employees. The role involves all aspects and phases of production including scope and requirements gathering, budgeting, internal and external resource management, daily interaction with other groups, and an advanced grasp of production technologies. This role will also help build out the events strategy, platforms, process, and technology in new geographies
Duties & Responsibilities
Own, manage, and produce multiple large events each quarter
Use technology infrastructure including Meta streaming, Zoom Meeting, Zoom Webinar, Ross and vMix in addition to various audio and video hardware at other corporate locations
Oversee event expansion into new markets and geographies in the region
Participate in ideation and build-out of production and events strategy internally
Identify and respond to service gaps with primary focus on employee satisfaction and frictionless experience
Understand company branding, story, and message to align with corporate communications, marketing, and other stakeholders
Bring excellent communications and organizational skills to work in a dynamic team environment with focus on high growth
Develop and oversee project budgeting, external vendors, and contractors as needed
Own buildout of internal partnerships and cross functional processes between various departments and stakeholders
Create and maintain documentation for best practices and production solutions
Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
Bilingual or multi-lingual to communicate with stakeholders locally in India and around the world
An overall understanding of the live program production process is necessary and a strong sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution is critical
Demonstrated expertise in analyzing and solving complex technical problems and an interest in developing new strategies
Excellent communication and customer service skills are necessary to build and maintain relationships
Ability to prioritize while adhering to critical project timelines in a demanding environment
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcome
Ability to define and design processes, for repeatable efficient & scalable workflows
Proficient with meeting, event, and streaming platforms, and related emerging technologies
Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills
Experience with asset capture, management, and post-production workflows
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Media, IT, or similar field
7+ years’ work experience in broadcast television production, corporate communications, live events, and/or streaming video content platforms
Firsthand experience supporting large scale video production, virtual meetings, and events
Experience working with and for global companies
