As a ITSM Software Developer at ServiceNow, you will lead in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will be pivotal in our business, delivering value to stakeholders faster than ever. Attention to detail and quality commitment will be crucial for our products' success.

Using design documentation and functional programming specs, you'll implement identified components, ensuring they are documented, unit-tested, and integration-ready. You'll architect solutions, test code, and build CI/CD pipelines.

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in the design and implementation of enterprise IT environments across all architecture layers.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Proven experience in implementing and customising the ServiceNow platform.

  • Minimum 8+ years of development experience working with the ServiceNow platform

  • Hands-on experience in ITSM modules - Integrations, Flow Designer, Scripting, UI/UX , Portal is a MUST.

  • Hands-on experience on Virtual Agent, AI Search. Now Mobile app development is a plus

  • Hands-on experience in implementing various integration using REST, SOAP, Integration hub, store apps and plugins.

  • ServiceNow mainline certification(s) – CSA/CAD/CIS-ITSM. ServiceNow CTA is a plus

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform components like business rules, client scripts, UI policies. UI actions, Form designer, Flow designer, ACLs etc.

  • Create interactive and engaging software demonstrations that showcase the platform's capabilities, including incident, change and problem management, self-service portals, knowledge management.

  • AI skillset & Integrating ServiceNow with GenAI based LLMs.
