About the role

Accounts Payable CoE will lead a group of 4-10 supply chain resources. You will work with various stakeholders within the Organization to facilitate resolution of overdue invoices. You will be responsible to ensure that the Account Payable Helpdesk addresses issues on time and support the team on complex reconciliations. Ensure Carrier standard Account Payable process is followed, and all Invoices are processes on time.

Build Organizational Capability and Capacity to complement the growth and high-performance expectations. Develop and enhance continuous improvement culture and drive the organization towards CoE. Own Attracting, Hiring, Engaging, Developing and Retention of diverse talent.

You will work with global supply chain and finance teams across sites, and your team to make things happen

Key Responsibilities:

As a Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

A. Good knowledge in the procure to pay domain

• 6-10 years in P2P with relevant experience in Accounts Payable

• Experience in digital tools like SAP, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint is preferred

• Proven comfort with analytical skills and attention to detail as it relates to policy compliance vs. practice

• Ability to, independently and as part of a team, successfully complete assigned tasks with excellent results while meeting agreed deadlines

• Ability to make decisions and drive task completion in instances where absolute clarity does not exist

• Ability to communicate and manage internal and external stakeholders efficiently

• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written, English language)

B. Team strategy

Strategic thinking- ability to think through and independently define priorities for team Periodic engagement with stakeholders to define strategy, align on strategy, adapt strategy based on changing business needs and stakeholders expectations

C. People management

• Bachelors Degree from a premier institute is a must, MBA preferred

• 6-10 years of supply chain management experience Strong sourcing knowledge

• Strategic thinking- ability to think through and independently define priorities
