Looking for a Software engineering professional with 6+ years of experience in Dev Ops tools, ability to perform deep analysis, experience in Operation & Maintenance role, Identify and analyze process bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency. Being able to automate manual tasks in the software development process, break down barriers between teams, and continuously improve the quality and speed of software releases.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage

  • Incidence/Change/Problem/Batch Intake management and root cause analysis

  • Coordination and communication within the team and with Business

  • Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible

  • Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure

  • Capability to Define test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation

  • Identifying measures to continuously Improve vulnerability assessment and risk management

  • Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of experience in the field of Product O&M, Incident/Change/Problem management with Service Now and TWS scheduler

  • Experience in Sql , Mysql, Sql Server with basic DQL & DML operations

  • Experience in Jenkins Monitoring and CI/CD pipelines and Deployment

  • Java Experience with basic knowledge on developing web applications using a web framework (preferable Spring Boot)

  • Experience with Kubernetes/Dockers and containerization of cloud-based application

  • Experience in implementing robust monitoring and logging solutions. Automate repetitive tasks to streamline the software delivery process

  • Technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project

  • Ability to manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance and security

  • Ability to migrate existing infrastructure services to cloud-based solutions

  • Hands on with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning, and troubleshooting issues that arise during development and deployment

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience in shell/bash scripting. Python scripting
