Case management teams take care of the entire case processing which is the core functionality of Pega. These teams take care of providing best user experience for designing the application in a business understandable configuration view. Underlying capabilities that support Process Automation and Digital Transformation are majorly worked by these teams. Our team is a cross functional team with understanding of UI technologies, web application, microservices and end to end user experience of the Pega application.

What You'll Do at Pega:

Work as part of a collaborative Agile team working in a SCRUM model surrounded by fun loving talented engineers

Be part of a dynamic and fast-growing team delivering strategically important solutions for world-class customers.

Leverage best in class technologies for building robust features in the product

Be engaged in complete software development life cycle starting from feature refining, engaging with product owners and architects, development, adding test automations, assist in documentation.

Who You Are:

You are a full-stack developer who works collaboratively and passionate about exploring and learning new skills to help solve real business problems.

• Passionate about Engineering and building features for customers

• Familiarity and understanding of the agile development process.

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and development

What You've Accomplished:

• • 2-4 years of development experience, preferably in a product development company.• BTech/BE/BS or equivalent• Strong Coding, Problem-Solving and Design skills• Expertise of Java or Kotlin and web applications• Knowledge of Spring boot/Micronaut• Expertise of web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and exposure to frameworks like React, Angular or any other libraries.• Knowledge of Microservices, Cloud, No SQL, Test driven development • Motivated and openness to learning new technologies.
