Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support for Pharmacy Portal

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java, Azure, and microservices architecture (specifically to modernize Pharmacy Portal)

• Implement and manage micro front-end frameworks to enhance the user experience

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Ensure code quality, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation

• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the technical roadmap

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 8+ years of experience in software development with a solid focus on Java

• Hands-on experience with micro front-end frameworks (e.g., Single-SPA, Module Federation)

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions

• Proficiency in designing and implementing microservices architecture

• Solid understanding of software development best practices and design patterns

• Proven excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers

• Proven solid communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
