Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design and prepare application/system specifications for information systems solutions which address business needs and methods for testing and installing them

• Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user defined needs

• Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering project timeline, and form of desired results

• Prepare detailed specifications from which solutions will be designed and built

• Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary

• Work with business management to identify and specify the complex business requirements and processes

• Collaborate with developers and business owners during testing and implementation process (e.g., diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools, etc.)

• Coordinates activities with other IT sections (e.g., data base, telecommunications, operations, technical support, etc.)

• Acts as expert technical resource to development staff in all phases of the development and implementation processDocument Type and Keyword Configuration

• Deep understanding in configure settings related to OnBase functionality such as Document Types, Document Type Groups, AutoFill keyword sets, Data Sets, Keyword Updates

• Security profile Configuration - Experience in setting security at document type group levels for user groups with overriding privileges for Document

• Types and Security Context Keywords to restrict document access

• Document Import Process (DIP) and TIP configuration for storage of documents in OnBase and integration with scan queues for indexing

• Configuration of System Tasks, Adhoc User tasks and Timers to meet business and IT SLA

Required Qualifications:

• Technically Sophisticated Professional with nearly 6+ years of experience on ECM Solutions specially on OnBase and total 13+ years of experience in software industry

• Experience with analyzing business requirements and translating the same into technical requirements for effective workflow/work view design

• Extensive experience with various actions and rules provided by OnBase out of the box

• Experienced in OnBase version upgrades, DB upgrades , Application pool creations ,Active directory migrations & App server setups

• Hands on experience in Annual password changes process

• Well experienced in solution designing for the requirements

• Solid knowledge in OnBase HTML E-Forms, Unity Forms, C# Unity API Scripts, VBScripts & Java Scripts

• Well-versed in creating the Automatic process through OCR (Advance Capture)

• Wide knowledge on creating reports using “Report Services”\

• Practical knowledge of the following OnBase modules: Document Imaging, Document Import Processing (Image and Meta-Data), COLD/ERM, Report Services

• Expertized in different areas OnBase System Administration , Workflow , Workview & Application programming interface

• Extensive experience in Capture Process Design , Data capture services , Barcode processing, Interactive Data Capture , Disconnected Scanning, Outlook Integration & Mailbox Importer

• Hands on experience in Robotic Automation Processes (RPA)

• Knowledge in multiple new Hyland products like CCM , Brainware & Hyland OnBase Integration for Salesforce

• Solid SQL development skills, Wrote SQL ,PLSQL , Stored Procedures required to retrieve the data in Report services, Reporting Dashboards & life cycles

• Solid programming knowledge in C# , VB Scripting Wrote multiple unity scripts & VB scripts as per the business logic

• Worked on complex workview applications & solid knowledge in workview client-side java scripts

• Fair understanding of OnBase Core based and Thick Client architecture and good working experience with all OnBase clients

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications (OCWA, OCSA, OCAPI) on OnBase

• Workflow Configuration and Administration using out of the box rules and actions, writing Vbscripts and Unity in workflows to implement actions/rules not readily available in OnBase

• Barcode process configuration and Scan queue configuration for indexing with Kofax Scanners

• Extensive knowledge in developing Custom Eform using HTML and CSS

• Extensive knowledge of VBscripts and Javascript used within HTML for various validations and aesthetic look and feel of the document

• Dynamically updatable Eforms using hidden XML variables

• Knowledge of writing web services

• Extensive knowledge of Vbscripts used in OnBase as Rules to perform custom operations on documents using Thick Client API

• Extensive knowledge of Unity Script development and API used. Worked in projects to translate VbScripts to Unity Scripts

• Experience with installing and configuring VPD for TIFF conversion of documents on user machines

• Deep understanding on ‘WorkView’ component and should have hands on creating application using the Workview

• Worked on integrating VPD with Scan Queues as a preprocessor to convert imported PDF documents into TIFF before they are added to Scan queues

• Extensive experience in SQL Server Database developing T-SQL queries, stored procedures

• OnBase version from 12 to 18

• Experience in .Net.
