As a Sales Specialist – MR SDO, you are accountable for delivering superior retail execution and superior customer value in line our company’s superiority strategy by ensuring our brands are available, attractive and affordable both online and offline.

Responsibilities of the role
Delivers Sales growth and Superior Sales Fundamentals (Availability, Distribution, Merchandising, Pricing on Shelf)
Customer Engagement: Be the voice of the customer in P&G and build strong Customer relations on Cluster/ Regional level to impact key business drivers. Full ownership of accounts with Joint Business planning with customers including store-level business planning
Asset Management: Ensuring the right BUP planning for different assets in the store
Account Management: Engaging with accounts on by-store requirements including new store openings and execution of central alignments. Leading Regional Assortment drives, MBQ corrections, Planogram & Visibility execution
Budget Management: Engaging with the strategy team to ensure budget sufficiency
Agency handling: Engaging with the agency for timely production of assets (basis every account)
· Execution: Tracking execution at a store level, reconciling and fixing in case of issues. 50% of time to be dedicated for market work & customer meetings.
Counsellor management: Leading the counsellor team with monthly connects and training them on monthly priorities
Order Management: Perform multifunctional role with Product supply and Distributor team to ensure Customer Fill Ratio and order delivery
Manage and coordinate with decision makers across the hierarchy in P&G
Job Qualifications
Role Requirements
Graduate
Prior experience in Modern Retail accounts (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication
