Reporting Specialist role

The reporting specialist will support the NAM centralized GBS operations team and report to the Sr. Operations Manager, GBS. The role will provide consistent and standardized reporting across source and screen, RPO Admin and MSP. The detail-oriented and analytical reporting specialist will be responsible for designing, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to support decision making processes across the GBS.

key responsibilities:

● Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards and data visualizations to support business operations.

● Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights.

● Create and maintain documentation related to report definitions and data sources.

● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure report accuracy and relevance.

● Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms.

● Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues.

● Provide training and support on report generation and data interpretation.

● Monitor report performance and make recommendations for improvements.

● Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analysis and reporting.

reporting experience:

● pivot tables and proficiency in complex formulas and functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, array formula and conditional functions.
