Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 18 to 22 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program governance communication execution and resource management. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects. The candidate must be willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning execution and delivery of multiple programs to ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Develop and implement program governance frameworks to ensure consistent and effective management of all projects.

• Coordinate communication across various stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.

• Lead the execution of program plans ensuring that all milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.

• Manage program resources including personnel budget and equipment to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on program status risks and issues.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure that all program components are integrated and aligned.

• Identify and mitigate risks to program success developing contingency plans as needed.

• Ensure that all program activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement encouraging team members to identify and implement process enhancements.

• Support the professional development of program team members through coaching and mentoring.

• Drive the adoption of best practices in program management across the organization.

• Ensure that customer experience is a key consideration in all program activities.

Certifications Required

PMP PgMP or equivalent certification in program management.
