Amazon Process Lead, Amazon Freight in Hyderabad, India

Amazon Freight (Amazon's external facing Freight service) is hiring a Process Lead to define, create and support processes for Billing & Payments in Europe and achieve a truly exception shipper experience. Join us in building the next big thing for Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities, include but not limited to:

· Responsible on new and existing process SOP creation and implementation

· Identify operational barriers and dive deep on root causes, provide feedback and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency

· Identify areas of possible process improvements and automation opportunities

· Document processes, regularly update existing SOP, review/suggest SOP changes required if any·

· Support program and product teams on centralized and standardized operational tasks which can be automated in future

We are Amazon’s middle-mile logistics technology solution for anyone looking to ship road freight in UK and Europe. We enable customers to ship your palletised shipment (Less-than-Truckload, LTL) or Full-Truckloads (FTL) directly to Amazon UK and EU Fulfilment Centres (FCs) or FTL to non-Amazon facilities at competitive prices.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Hyderabad, TS, IND

Basic Qualifications

  • experience in operations or project/program management, and working with technology and systems

  • Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction

  • Proven analytical skills and proficiency in Excel

  • Expertise in creating processes from scratch and supporting associates on implementation

  • Exceptional customer obsession with a passion for working backwards from the needs of field

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Billing & Payment processes like self bill reconciliation/accessorial application etc

  • Experience in banking processes

  • Experience with Finops related processes

  • SQL/Python
