Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to C++ / C#, Java or Python OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 15+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to C++ / C#, Java or Python OR equivalent experience.

4+ years people management experience.

• Depth in Data Science, Generative AI and Engineering

• A strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.

• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, Transformers, DeepSpeed).

• Experience with transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, GPT, T5, Llama).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and distributed computing.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
