Google Market Lead, gTech, Ads Solutions in Hyderabad, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 11 years of experience developing relationships with customers, working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.

  • 5 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience creating annual business plans.

  • Experience applying data driven insights to have an impact on business performance.

  • Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders in organizations, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Lead a team of product specialists responsible for driving the strategy to help advertisers meet their business objectives, set the idea, enable execution, and inspire team members to perform.

  • Coach the team and provide mentorship, career evaluations, and facilitate professional development plans.

  • Support a customer-centric culture by pivoting all solutions around customer/marketing objectives, and building the team to help deliver business growth through scaled work.

  • Contribute to and own the strategy development and execution for the team, including areas such as stakeholder management, continuous upskilling, vendorization, automation, and operational efficiency.
