ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • 15%- Provide system and customer support to users, collaboration with both internal IT and business stakeholders.

  • 15% - Monitor system and application performance; troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues.

  • 60% - Managing resource, planning tasks, process improvement planning.

  • 10% - Document Processes and controls.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Desirable Education/Experience:

  • 6 years of direct experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)

  • 8 years of experience in IT solutions development

  • Strong knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.

  • Proven ability to apply understanding of the functionality of multiple transportation-related systems.

  • Technical curiosity and the willingness to learn additional development tools and languages.

  • Working knowledge of query tools (PL/SQL, Toad, SQL Plus)

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the IT software development life cycle methodologies and processes

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effective verbal and written communication to convey information,organizational skills for managing tasks,collaborate with teams, and stakeholders.

  • Establish and foster relationships with Business Stakeholders and IT Service Providers.

  • Work collaboratively with different clients, team members and other stakeholders across the company to achieve desired results.

  • Having a keen eye for detail to identify potential operational inefficiencies, mitigate risks, and maintain quality standards.

  • Contribute to creating a comprehensive IT roadmap of Infrastructure, Application and Security activities including definition of project objectives, prioritization, and implementation plans.

  • Closely work with IT's Internal Audit team and SOX partner to ensure ITGCs and SOX compliance.

  • Develop an

  • d maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, conducting regular tests and updates to ensure readiness.

  • Strong leadership skills to motivate teams, coordinating resources, make decisions, and guide the organization toward operational goals.

  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals (onshore and offshore), providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in IT operations, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement involves constantly seeking ways to enhance operational processes and outcomes.

  • Maintain and expand on our outage, incidents, service requests and change ticket metrics,to ensure timely resolution of IT issues and minimize downtime.

  • Monitor, report and document system and performance issues.

  • Track identification of root cause analysis, conduct lessons learned and share lessons learnt after each high severity incident.

  • Develop SLAs (service level agreements) and benchmark each system’s availability relative to benchmark. Maintain escalation procedures and run books for systems to ensure timely resolution of incidents 24*7.
