Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

• The person will be responsible for the design and architecture of the eCommerce space in DSS CoE

• He/She will take the accountability of the programs and provide technical governance

• The person will be responsible for mentoring the team on the technical front.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in any e-commerce platform.

• Experience in shopify is an advantage

• Overall, 14 years of experience in the space of sales and e-commerce

• Responsible for supervising the development of various categories of software for applications and operating systems.

• Supervises the team that develops, codes, tests and debugs new software or enhancements to existing software.

• Oversees technical staff to understand and resolve software problems. Responds to customer suggestions for improvements/enhancements.

• Plans for future platform requirements to support business needs. Establishes Development Operations (DevOps) strategy to ensure quality software deployments and overall application health and performance.

• Supervises quality assurance audits across software platforms to confirm accuracy.

Minimum Requirements

• Requires advanced to expert knowledge obtained through advanced education, combined with experience

• Substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems to make enhancements within job area

• University Degree or equivalent

• A minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience

• OR

• An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
