Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership, stakeholders and clients/partners

• Perform market research and prepare competitive analysis to create the point of view

• Work with Technology Account Manager for proposal development

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Information Technology with 15+ years of experience

• 15+ years of IT industry experience in US health care domain

• 10+ years of solid experience in Facets Core Functionalities which includes Membership, Provider Management, Claim Processing, Billing, Plan/Product, Network Pricing, Customer Service and Utilization Management Modules

• Minimum of 10 years payer and implementation of facets across business segments

• Experience in performing current state assessment and recommend target state, roadmap and strategy for large facets migration or transformation programs

• Experience in delivering end to end facets Implementation, migration and version upgrade projects

• Experience in implementing Facets for multiple health plans across Commercial, Behavioral Health, Medicare & Medicaid programs

• Experience in creating test strategy and test plans; leading end to end test delivery in a global delivery model

• Experience in Functional, integration, data migration and E2E testing with automation market leading tools and frameworks

• Experience in Project Management, Resource Management, Pipeline management, budgets and estimates

• Solid experience in Regulatory programs like ICD10, HIPPA and enabling interoperability initiatives

• Solid experience in leading and managing end to end delivery for large facets implementations

• HC Payer Consulting and Business Development experience

• Deep domain knowledge EDI transactions and facets integrations

• Solid understanding of Facet architecture, data model’s and core facets product batch jobs

• Demonstrate understanding of IT security requirements defined by business partners (e.g., functional and technical access, HIPAA, PHI, PCI), and managing test environment and data strategy

• Solid expertise in working on healthcare systems in payer domain
