Location: HYDERABAD/ PUNE

The Randstad Enterprise Information Security Office is responsible for the Information Security Management System (ISMS) for Randstad Enterprise (RE), including Randstad Sourceright (RSR), Randstad RiseSmart (RRS), and Randstad Enterprise Strategic Customers (RESC). Our global team, with specialists in India, Hungary, and Mexico, provides continuous support across all regions from APAC to NAM/LATAM.

As an Information Security Compliance Analyst, you'll support our security compliance processes, manage third-party risk assessments, and assist with internal and external audits. You'll also collaborate with global stakeholders, develop and present security policies, and ensure our practices meet the highest standards.

What will you do?

• Manage third-party technology vendor risks

• Support global client security compliance

• Assist in ISO 27001:2022 control implementation

• Conduct gap analyses and risk assessments

• Develop and present security policies and procedures

• Support internal and external audits

• Provide recommendations for remediating risks and audit findings

• Follow up on remediating actions with stakeholders

• Answer security-related questions during new client RFPs

• Document and present security policies and procedures

• Produce status reports on various actions and projects

What will you bring?

• Ability to think through complex and ambiguous situations to understand them clearly, identifying basic relationships like cause and effect or pros and cons.

• Capability to work under guidance without constant supervision.

• Active interest in other people and an understanding of the business context in which you are operating.

• Knowledge of ISO27001, SOC2 type II, and Cyber Essentials.

• Understanding of privacy laws and guidelines related to Data Protection.

• Good practice associated with working in a complex technology environment.
