We are recruiting an HSE Manager - APAC to join the team in Hyderabad/ Bangalore (India) or Penang (Malaysia) .

The successful candidate willidentify,developand ensure business wide adoption of theappropriate QHSECompliance strategy in line with the Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental strategy,policyand process. Will work to create and enforce a proactivecultureof safety within the APAC-India Region and to jointly implement HSE programs, policies, and assessments that ensure the clientremainsin compliance with pertinent local,stateand federal health and safety regulations.

• Responsible for implementing the company's QHSE strategyin accordance withethical guidelines and corporate policies of both CBRE and theclient.

• Enable compliance with all business-wide policy and strategy through management system audits

• Ensure up to date schedule for necessary andappropriate auditsis maintained

• Accountable for co-ordinating / reviewing activities acrossAPACto achieve full compliance including where necessary to conduct, review and provide guidance on risk assessments, method statements and standard operating procedures

• Lead change in the region to drive and deliver EHS program in conjunction with Client stakeholder buy-in.

• Lead on required safety training inidentifiedkey risk areas such as: Electrical Safety, Personal Protective, Ladder Safety, Machine Guarding and other programs as needed.

• Ensure systems / processes implemented acrossAPACreflect the intentions of CBRE and the client andare in compliance withbest industry practice (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, andiso 45001(or similar regional alternatives)

• Ensureappropriate day-to-daysupport and guidance to the team, supply partners and the client on the provision of guidance and practicalexpertiseon QHSE topics

• Lead & support initiatives / best practice activities in all areas of QHSE management

• Support the delivery of CBRE QHSE training strategy to enable standards of QHSE competence to be achieved andmaintainedacrossAPAC.

• Ensure the achievement of agreed business functional standards and service level agreementswith specific emphasis on legal register compliance and iso 45001 compliance.

• Support the achievement of good industry practice, business competitiveness, and the development of a learning organisation

• Batchelor degree level Qualification

• Desired- NEBOSH International

• 10 years Health and Safety experience

• Experience in Health and Safety focused industry (Manufacturing Preferred)
