dsm-firmenich HRSS Support Officer in Hyderabad, India

Location- Hyderabad

Job model – Hybrid

4 to 7 years

4.30pm to 1.30am shift

Purpose of the job

The position of the HR Support Officer based in the Global Service Center is to carry out a broad range of HR administrative tasks & execute centrally all activities necessary for a smooth and uninterrupted HR service delivery process for the regions.

Key Areas of accountability/responsibility

  • Delta file from EuHReka/SAP Employee Central which contains recent changes/transactions/ new hires

  • Extensively will work on Kronos for daily activities.

  • All product-related queries and support (US & Canada Timekeeping) and remedy tickets, Email from leave admin for PTO reclassifications.

  • Validates and approves pay files and approves STD/FMLA leaves of employees.

  • Validate employee's timecard there should be no missed punch or unexcused absence (Reach out to manager/Time admin and fix it before 10 am EST/9 am PST) and sign-off all timecards run the integrations and share the file to Web methods folders in SFTP for NGA, Notify NGA before 1PM EST.

  • Validate Payroll, pay group, accrual profile, employment terms, and PTO Rate and monitor daily integration, check for errors, and clear them daily. (Intl Manager error, account status error, Business structure error)

  • Monitor Device Dashboard/Clock alert emails whenever a clock is down (Reach out to POC at site for additional info with instructions)

  • Quarterly tasks: Accrual audit report, Intl Manager audit and Holiday Calendar update, Payroll calendar update

  • Timecard Validation on Bi-weekly pay period for Canada employees – ADP

    You Bring

  • Graduation or pos-graduation degree, preferably in HR

  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, specifically Kronos but other such SAP, Success factor, etc. are desired

  • Good reporting analytics skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR systems such as SAP, any ticketing tool-based application

  • Well versed in Excel and MS Office
