The HRIS Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting a suite of HR applications at the functional level. Responsibilities will include end user support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, configuration, research and analysis. The HRIS Business Systems Analyst will be part of a broad team that manages the operational support, vendor releases, enhancement requests and overall upkeep of the HR Applications. The areas of support will include, CoreHR, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor and Talent Acquisition. The applications we are running include Oracle HCM Cloud, EdCast LXP, Gloat Talent Marketplace and Taleo Recruiting. There is a formal intake process that will need to be administered via our intake CRM for reviewing and prioritizing work. The HRIS Business Systems Consultant will be the initial reviewer of requests and will need to determine if the work can be supported at their level, or if further escalation, coordination, or review is required before providing support and resolution.

7+ Years of experience on Support configuration, administration & enhancement of our Oracle HCM Suite of Applications inclusive of Learn, Talent, Comp, CoreHR, T&L/Absence Modules as well as other ecosystem applications such as EdCast LXP, Taleo Recruiting and Talent Marketplace applications.
