The Role

Innovapptive is looking for a Business Analyst Intern with a passion for data analysis and reporting to join our team. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to extract and analyze data, develop reports, and make strategic recommendations to improve business processes and user adoption trends. This is a great opportunity to apply your MBA learnings in a practical, real-world setting, contributing directly to our operational and financial success.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Data Extraction & Reporting: Extract data from customer and Innovapptive systems, and prepare periodic monitoring reports using specific templates to track user adoption trends and value realization.

• Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret performance data to identify deviations and collaborate with stakeholders to propose improvements.

• Reporting & Presentation: Create detailed reports and presentations that clearly communicate data insights, findings, and recommendations to clients and internal management.

• Solution Understanding: Collaborate with Solution Consultants and Implementation Consultants to understand Innovapptive solutions and their impact on business operations.

• Project Assistance: Support the planning and execution of workstreams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.

  What You Bring to the Team:

• MBA in Operations, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel for data analysis.

• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly and concisely.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
