Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools specifically UiPath. This role requires expertise in the technology domain and experience as a provider. The position is based in our office and requires working night shifts. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to streamline and automate business processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Design configure and test automation workflows to ensure they meet business needs and performance standards.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing automation solutions to ensure smooth operation.

• Optimize and enhance existing RPA solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Document all aspects of the RPA development process including design configuration testing and deployment.

• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Train and mentor junior developers on RPA tools and best practices to build a strong team.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in RPA technology and UiPath to ensure the team is using the most effective tools and techniques.

• Work closely with the IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions with existing systems.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of RPA solutions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all RPA activities.

• Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely delivery of RPA solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in RPA development with a focus on UiPath.

• Demonstrate expertise in the technology domain and experience as a provider.

• Show proficiency in designing configuring and testing automation workflows.

• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

• Have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest RPA developments.

• Be capable of mentoring and training junior developers to build a strong team.

• Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in all development activities.

• Possess strong documentation skills to maintain comprehensive records of the development process.

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Show a strong understanding of compliance requirements and industry regulations.

• Exhibit project management skills to ensure timely delivery of RPA solutions.

• Be willing to work night shifts and adapt to the work-from-office model.
