Sanofi Group Assistant Manager – Employee Life Cycle in Hyderabad, India

Main responsibilities

EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE – All India, Africa Zone and Turkey (3000 employees approx.).

  • Complete Employee Life Cycle Management from hire to retire for specific business group assigned.

  • Manage end to end Job Changes process in Workday and prepare the necessary letters inline with the actions of Workday.

  • Manage all the KPIs pertaining to Workday with 100% compliance in terms of TAT and MSS.

  • Collate data for regular statistical reports on HR information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data (Workday, Power BI)

  • Conduct Workday trainings for MSS and ESS across all the process of Workday, Passport, CREW & OneSupport.

  • Provide basic advice on the policies and procedures to employees and managers.

  • Submit monthly payroll inputs as per the regular monthly process.

  • Maintain employee files – Hardcopy, Softcopy as per the country requirements

HR SYSTEMS

  • Provide Tier 2 Support for all India, Africa Zone and Turkey.

  • Oversee and maintain Core employee data on Workday & CREW for both internal and external.

  • Carry out system administration activities – e.g. system testing, system/data checks fault-finding and resolution, managing user access.

  • Support others using systems – e.g. delivering training, and producing user guides.

  • Take action as directed by Manager HR Systems on HRMS requirements/activities.

  • Responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive data. This covers data such as absence, turnover, grades, and job evaluation/salary/bonus figures. Ensure provisions of the Data Protection Act are followed.

  • Configuring data and creating, maintaining, and updating report specifications / templates.

  • To provide employee support for any kind for HR Systems (Workday, Passport, CREW etc.)

Tier 2 Support– All India, Africa Zone and Turkey.

  • Handle employee queries related to people services process through the Tier 2 process.

  • Assist with the planning, implementation, maintenance and documentation of all the Tier 2 process.

  • Work within our ticketing system (OneSupport) to create detailed work logs and article documentation.

  • Manage OneSupport tickets in a timely manner and ensure the SLA are followed.

  • Prepare weekly dashboards and provide executive summary on weekly basis to the LT team.

  • Work closely with the Tier 3 team and provide guidance whenever needed.

ON/OFFBOARDING – All India, Africa Zone and Turkey.

  • Performing end to end on/offboarding activities for all the Headcount Functions.

  • Updates on/offboarding actions across tracking systems.

  • Provides consistent and effective communication regarding employee’s status and on/offboarding process.

  • Closely monitors and ensuring the offboarding checklist are closed by respective stakeholders.

  • Attends to all queries and concerns pertaining to the on/offboarding process.

  • Maintains employee database for on/offboarding.

  • Assist with global initiatives pertaining to on/offboarding.

  • Supporting all the on/offboarding activities on employee documentation.

About you

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in managing Employee Lifecyle and Onboarding process.

  • Soft skills: Demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of HR Operations (India, Turkey, Africa Zone,). Strong interpersonal skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Technical skills : Workday, Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Power point & Excel).

  • Education : Post graduate qualification in HR

  • Languages : English
