Senior Business Development Team Manager

Job Description:

The demand for Software as a Service (SaaS) is on the rise, and Sage’s sales team is at the forefront of this growth.

We are seeking Senior Managers to mentor the Outbound Business Development team. As a Senior Manager, you’ll support and develop 3-4 Outbound Managers, supporting their SDRs, and driving outbound sales initiatives. This hybrid-remote position requires commuting to the Atlanta office 3 times a week.

Qualifications:

You’ve done the job of the people you’ll be guiding…and you did it well (5+ years of outbound sales development and sales leadership roles (preferably in software or technology industry)

Salesforce.comis a tool you’re beyond familiar with.

You have a deep understanding of BANT and MEDDICC frameworks, proficiency in crafting impactful statements, and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
