RISE Engineering Administrative Assistant in Hyannis, Massachusetts

RISE Engineering is seeking Administrative Assistant (Audit Scheduling) to assume clerical & receptionist duties & provide customer support. The Administrative Assistant must be team-oriented & will interact with various internal & external stakeholders, including the company?s residential energy-efficiency professionals, customers of National Grid, suppliers, contractors, & the general public. This position is full time, M- F, 8am- 5:00pm & located in our Cape Cod, MA office Responsibilities: Answer/route phone calls, postal mail, email & fax messages. Schedule home energy audits Process incoming requests, pre-screen customers to confirm program eligibility, create customer files, enter & update jobs in the company database & online calendar. Work with our Program Administrators & their software to verify eligibility & register customer requests. Communicate verbally &/or in writing with residential energy-efficiency specialists & customers regarding scheduling, invoicing or other issues as needed. Efficiently process customer & contractor requests, & help resolve outstanding issues. Organize & maintain digital filing systems, collateral materials & office supplies. The scope of duties may vary based on your qualifications & our office?s immediate needs. Minimum Qualifications: At least two years? experience in a customer-facing role in a high-volume office environment. Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook. A commitment to & enthusiasm for energy efficiency. Strong writing, verbal & organizational skills. Attentive to detail & able to learn & understand technical terms. Able to prioritize & process multiple tasks & meet deadlines. Able to tactfully avoid conflict, build trust & work as part of team. A high school diploma or equivalent. Able to pass criminal background & drug screening tests. Preferred Qualifications: Call center or other high-volume customer support/service experience. Experience in the home energy, construction, HVAC, hotel guest service, legal or banking industries. Knowledge of current area, cities, & towns in Cape Cod, MA. Associate\'s degree.
