be responsible for

developing and delivering engaging training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.

• Design and develop training materials and programs for employees at all levels within the organization.

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars in both in-person and virtual formats.

• Assess training needs across departments and customize training solutions to meet organizational goals.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
