Drive optimal performance (Safety, Quality, Deliver, Cash) and profitability through the Supply Chain for the Huntsville, Alabama Ceramic Matrix Composites site. This is a senior level role and requires in-depth understanding of how every action in the shop translates to the financials. This role requires good understand of financial and lean supply chain principles

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

• Execution of manufacturing finance activities including planning, pacing, and closing activities

• Owning and developing financial forecasts, reporting and analysis in support of the site

• Ensuring accuracy of P&L and Cash Flow of the site

• Partnering with the plant leadership team to drive business outcomes and plan strategy

• Problem solving with the plant operations team to achieve targets

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Finance or Accounting

• 7+ years of experience in Finance

Desired Characteristics:

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Cost Accounting experience

• Demonstrated ability to work strategically with both internal and external partners

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
