Radiance is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Radar Science to support Independent Verification and Validation of radar software for the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) Live Rack system. This candidate will manage and lead multiple concurrent activities while driving to challenging schedules. Perform as the direct point of technical interaction to customers and other industry partners and companies. Tasks will include, but are not limited to, review of Live Rack radar system and software requirements, analysis of software design, and performing data analysis. Participate in and lead representative hardware in the loop (HWIL) testing of radar software requirements.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Math, or Physics

Ability to lead in a small team environment

Ability to brief leadership in a variety of settings

Secret Clearance, with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI

Manage logistics and support for laboratory testing of radar software requirements.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Proficient at problem solving, analytic thinking

Required Experience

7-10 years of experience with radar analysis and/or radar design

3-5 years of experience developing modelling/analysis /automation tools

Demonstrated experience as a direct customer facing technical lead

At least 1 year direct experience with design and development of software test procedures.

Desired Qualifications

Active TS/SCI Clearance

Experience with HWIL environments

Clearance

Current active SECRET. Ability to obtain and hold a TS/SCI clearance.
