Job Description

Job Summary:

Compiles and analyzes financial information for an organization. Develops integrated revenue/expense analysis, projections, reports and presentations. Manages the monthly, quarterly and annual reports to ensure financial information is accurate. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management. Perform financial forecasting. Manages the reconciliation of internal accounts. Directs finance team on financial reviews and forecasts. At this level, tasks and assignments tend to be complex, non-routine and/or require a greater level of expertise and duties are performed under very limited supervision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Prepare and analyze current and past financial data and performance.

• Oversee reports and projections based on the analysis.

• Evaluate current capital expenditures and depreciation.

• Manage identified trends in financial performance and provide final recommendations for improvement.

• Provides financial models and forecasts.

• Identify, develop and propagate the use of “best practices” regarding financial processes.

• Strategic business partner for the organization

• Daily availability to include evenings and weekends when necessary to reach goals and deadlines.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge of:

• MS Excel Spreadsheet software, Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas

• Power Point

• Knowledge of ERP / Database

Other Qualifications

• US Citizenship with ability to attain/maintain government security clearance.

• Ability to travel (domestically/internationally) approximately +/-10_%
