This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.

Job Description
HII- Mission Technologies is looking for a Program Manager in Huntsville, AL.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the profit and loss of a large complex program. Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for serving multiple customers requiring developing and managing plans across several subcontractors.
Responsible for overseeing a program contained at one primary geographic location however covering remote locations and multiple business functions and employees directly assigned to program.
Program may require new technologies.
Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs.
Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Develops new business or expands services with the customer.
Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
Leads cross functional teams and works with shared services, such as contracts, subcontracts, human resources, talent acquisition, and security, to perform program management activities.
Directs the work of employees including management level assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
Minimum Qualifications
8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.
Ability to provide direction to subordinates including management level employees using established policies and precedents.
Ability to develop solutions to complex problems that require regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
Full working knowledge of procedures and practices.
Ability to make decisions relating to program, customer requirements, and employees working on program.
Ability to make decisions on behalf of the company in accordance with company policies.
Ability to advise on US Army Acquisition and Obsolescence Management policies, procedures, and practices.
Familiarity with US Army FMS case management.
Clearance- Must have a Secret clearance with the ability to get a TS
Preferred Requirements
4+ years of experience in US Army PEO Missiles and Space Program Office and/or Tactical Air Ground Missile experience (tactical field employment or Program Office).
PMP certification.
Physical Requirements
Job performance may require working in an industrial or shipboard environment. Normally not required to lift more than 40 pounds higher than three feet above feet/floor level.
