IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a TADSSProgram Analystto provide technical support for Utility Helicopter Program Office on Redstone Arsenal, located in Huntsville, AL. An ideal candidate should be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, Manage, Control, and Execute yearly budgets for an aviation product office within established regulations, guidelines, and parameters.
  • Manage the product life cycle for an extensive portfolio of Army Aviation Training systems that include material solution decisions, development, testing, fielding, sustainment, and disposal activities in project office.
  • Prepare, facilitate, and support functional integrated product team meetings, briefings, for senior level review.
  • Assist in development, tracking, and staffing of all milestone documentation, DoDI 5000.02, Federal Acquisition Regulation, and applicable statutory/regulatory requirements in support of execution of the ACAT level programs.
  • Support the development, coordination, and configuration control of programmatic schedules, requirements packages, and decision briefings.
  • Provide technical insight for UH-60 A/L/M training for flight simulators, training devices, computer-based training, virtual reality platforms, and system integration laboratories.
  • Provide technical insight for UH-60 A/L/M aircraft performing verification, validation, and government acceptance tests on Aviation Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) aviation training products.
  • Provide senior management expertise on cost analysis decisions in support of material solutions to include analysis of earn value data, cost-effectiveness studies, business case analysis, trade-off analysis, and life-cycle cost estimates.
  • Provide technical expertise and contract oversight for foreign military sales projects for aviation flight simulators and training devices.
  • Coordinate meetings, briefings, actions, and collaborations for an aviation TADSS enterprise with all applicable Army Aviation and foreign military stakeholders.
  • Ensure efficient information communications to and from aviation customers to senior executive management coordinating and participating in periodic meetings such as Production Readiness Reviews, System Requirements Reviews, and other Army acquisition meetings and events.
  • Coordinate program office site visits within the TADSS enterprise for flight simulator upgrades and cyclical accreditations amongst US Army Aviation and Foreign Countries customers.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.

Education and General experience:

  • Experience in an Army Product, Project, or Capability Development organization or office.
  • Ability to organize and lead Integrated Product Teams effectively.
  • Advanced understanding of U.S. Army aviation and training strategies.
  • Advanced understanding in development, acquisition, and fielding of Army systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of identifying capability gaps for the development of material solutions to meet Army Aviation combat needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply aviation training management experience to recommend system fidelity improvements to increase training effectiveness.

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

  • Experience with Black Hawk Aircrew Trainer (BAT), Cockpit Academics Procedural Tool- Enhanced Visual Control System (CAPTE-VCS), and/or Transportable Blackhawk Operations Simulator (T-BOS)
  • Providi g cost analysis and support to defense programs.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience as a US Army Aviator
  • Experience developing, implementing, facilitating, and leading US Army Aviation Training
  • Previously US Army UH60L/M pilot qualified
  • Previously US Army UH60L/M Instructor Pilot (IP) qualified
  • Previously US Army Instrument Examiner (IE) Qualified or FAA Certified Instrument Instructor, Rotary Wing (CFII) Certified
  • Served as a US Army Aviation UH60 Instructor Pilot or Commander at the Company level or higher.
  • Experience and demonstrated knowledge of Acquisition Program Management working in an aviation Army Product, Project, or Capability Development organization or office.

Required Travel:40%

Clearance Requirements: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance or have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
