Essential Duties:

1. Works alongside Engineers, Engineering Aides, and Operations staff to maintain the facility system maps and records. This includes GIS files, databases, and paper files required to ensure the integrity the map and connectivity of the models. This work will be focused on the input/maintenance of more complex designs or as-builts.
2. Uses all available tools to ensure accurate data modeling (including electric phasing, network connectivity, and feature ownership) for all of the companys modeled facilities.
3. Interprets and prepares comprehensible, complete, and accurate working plans and detailed drawings from rough or detailed sketches for electrical, mechanical, civil, or water engineering purposes.
4. Performs map and data extracts and corrections to support our facility databases and engineering models. Produces specialty maps and/or HU specification drawings as required.
5. Utilizes drafting software, SAP and various computer software. To include but not limited to GTViewer, Microstation, Bentley Map, GTechnology, and Projectwise.
6. Maintains facility system maps and records, including computer files, databases and paper files. Produces specialty maps when required.

``` 7. Performs field surveys as needed for data collection and verification of facility maps/models. 8. Required to provide timely and accurate mapping/modeling of assignments, this is crucial for the successful operation of the OMS. 9. Ensures that all facility system maps and records are updated/correct and available for reference. Distributes these maps and records as required by Operations, Engineering, and Dispatch. 10. Assists with training and support of less experienced personnel. 11. Assists users in resolving mapping or data interpretation or accuracy questions. 12. Collaborates with other departments on technical and/or operating problems. 13. Maintains good knowledge and understanding of company rules, regulations, practices and procedures as well as system installation and software operation. 14. Promotes positive company image through good customer relations and prompt service. 15. Operates a non-commercial company vehicle as necessary. 16. Performs additional duties as assigned.
