We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to drive our digital transformation and solutions efforts. This role will be responsible for spearheading initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, integrate digital technologies, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the digital transformation efforts within the organization, identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and improved data utilization.

Drive efficiency and quality improvements using Possess in-depth knowledge and experience with various manufacturing processes, process planning, and manufacturing software.

Lead the integration of manufacturing with design through the implementation of digital thread technologies, maximizing the capabilities of In-House software tools.

Evaluate Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) available on the market and lead the transition from the current tool to a new system, ensuring seamless integration and improved functionality.

Oversee the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) lifecycle, understanding how models flow from design to analysis to manufacturing, and champion the benefits of Model Based Engineering.

Explore and identify opportunities for leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in manufacturing processes, driving breakthrough advancements in efficiency and quality.

Overhaul the current "paper" based approach to quoting, work orders, and process planning, implementing modern digital solutions for improved efficiency and accuracy.

Be a visionary thinker, staying abreast of state-of-the-art technologies and trends in manufacturing, and bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Develop integrated solutions that address the bigger picture, ensuring that all components of the digital transformation align and work together cohesively.

Job Requirements:

A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required. A degree from an ABET accredited university is preferred. Typically, educational requirements are the equivalent of an MS with at least 8 years of experience, or a BS with at least 10 years of experience.

At least 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on digital transformation and solution is required.

Strong knowledge and experience with manufacturing processes, process planning, and manufacturing software.

Experience with MES evaluation and implementation.

Proficiency in AI/ML concepts and their application in manufacturing.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and innovation within the organization.
