Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Advanced Architecture Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to define and evaluate Missile Defense System capability trade space envelope, architectural performance metrics, and other high-level performance metrics as applicable.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Scopes, executes and documents the results of Missile Defense System architecture trade studies as a member of the MDA Architecture Trades Group

  • Supports the development of Initial Requirements Documents, Architecture Requirements Packages, and other systems engineering artifacts related to the Missile Defense System, as applicable

  • Supports the development of alternative architecture concepts addressing projected capability gaps, real-world threats, and intelligence community threat estimates

  • Lead and coordinate the development of architecture requirements, development, and analysis in support of Service and Combatant Commands (CCMD) needs.

  • Lead, develop, and coordinate MDA vision and strategies to support the Warfighter, including coordinating with DoD, Joint Staff, Services, CCMDs,

  • Intel Community (IC), Other Governmental Agencies (OGA), national labs, Industry and international partners

  • Supports Architecture Trade Studies Division Chief in scoping and defining trade study methodologies, measures and deliverables

  • Supports activities of the Architecture Working Group; provides, develops and delivers briefings addressing applicable trade study efforts; provides comment and review to work products developed by other Working Group members

  • Coordinate future technology requirements across the breadth of MDA and with DoD, Joint Staff, Services, the IC, and OGAs.

  • Coordinates trade study related activities and work products with teammates across the Architecture Design Directorate (MDA/CAD) and external MDA stakeholders as applicable

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree and 20 year's of relevant experience OR a Master's degree and 12 year's of relevant experience

  • Active Secret

  • Familiarity with DOD and MDA processes and procedures

  • Have detailed knowledge of the Missile Defense System to include Command and Control networks

  • Be able to successfully accomplish the duties by working with minimal guidance

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Knowledge of Hypersonic weapons and their capabilities and limitations

  • Proficient in the Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Salary Range:

$104,200.00 - $182,400.00
