Yulista Administrative Analyst JR105001 in Huntsville, Alabama

Troy 7, Inc. is seeking a Senior-level Admin to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). In this position, the selected candidate will support the MDA Director for Test (MDA/DT) Civilian Human Resource Team in staffing efforts at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama.

Essential Duties - Provide general support processing MDA/DT civilian hiring actions through the MDA Hiring Process. - Manage resume and interview matrices. - Coordinate and facilitate interviews. - Draft and coordinate selection memos with hiring managers and panels, and package for MDA/DT approval. - Provide backup support to military personnel team, coordinating with DOH Military Affairs on evaluations, awards, losses/gains, promotion/selection boards, and professional development opportunities.

Supervisory Responsibilities None

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and work both independently and collaboratively. - Must exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Skilled in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Required Qualifications - Education: BA/BS in a related field. Three years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for the BA/BS degree requirement. - Experience: 7 years relevant experience. Experience with DoD testing desired. Experience with DoD test execution desired. - Clearance: Secret to TS/SCI.
