Randstad is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in Account Manager. Candidates will be responsible for managing the existing customer relationships and revenue growth through enhancement sales based on a knowledge of all aspects of landscape production and service. salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Manages daily customer relationships to ensure continuous sales growth and excellent customer service

• Respons to customer questions related to various topics of landscape installation and landscape maintenance

• Conducts consistent walk-through with customers to identify and document any and all discrepancies or concerns

• Coordinates with the Maintenance Operations Manager on estimates for jobs based on labor, job demands, and current pricing

• Ensures work tickets are managed according to the schedule and within budget

• Responsible for inspecting properties and ensuring that quality standards are met

• Maintains continuous communication with internal and external contacts including vendors, subcontractors, service providers, and customers

• Monitors and analyzes the financial performance of all work tickets to ensure timeliness, profitability, and quality

• Participates in leadership meetings and other companywide initiatives as needed

• Manages marketing and promoting of various services and products to new and existing customers
