Manpower in Huntington, WV is seeking a skilled welder for a client in the tristate area. This candidate will be responsible for welding metal components as per job specifications and ensuring high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various welding techniques, able to interpret blueprints, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks according to job specifications and engineering drawings

• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner

• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet company standards

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder or similar role

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Good physical condition and stamina

• Welding certification (e.g., AWS) is a plus
