ManpowerGroup Legal Records Clerk in Huntington, West Virginia

Manpower is currently looking for an experienced Legal Admin/Paralegal with a strong background in deeds and legal documents to join the team of our well-established client in Huntington, WV area. If you have experience working with deeds & legal documents and are looking to make an impact in a dynamic and growing company, we would love to hear from you.

Pay: 20.00-25.00 per hour based on experience.

What you will be doing:

-Review and manage legal documents related to land leasing, including deeds, lease agreements, land rights.

-Support compliance teams in managing land leasing and development projects.

-Other clerical duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Administrator, Paralegal, or similar role, with experience in deeds & legal documents,

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing legal documents and agreements.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong computer skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
