What does the role entail?

The Pizza Attendant is responsible primarily for assisting guest's food and/or beverage orders. This person must have exceptional communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. This is a fast-paced position with constant customer interaction and cash handling.

Qualifications

Your experience:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.

  • Refined customer service and phone etiquette.

  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, including working knowledge of POS Systems.

  • Previous food & beverage and hotel experience preferred.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time.

  • Must be fully available on weekdays, weekends, holidays, Spring Break and the Summer Season.

  • Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight.

  • California Food Handlers Certification required.

  • California RBS Certification required.
