Job Title: Production Operator

Job Description

A machine operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the manufacturing process. Machine operators will work on an individual and team basis. Machine operators will deliver consistent work and report accurate information on a timely basis. To be successful in this position the individual must be able to produce timely and high-quality output within the company quality and production run standards. Individuals must display a standard level of productivity and quality output and be committed to continuous improvement.

• Use of computer to enter activities in ERP system (Simple use)

• Mechanically inclined

Soft Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Strong time management capabilities

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Huntington Beach, California.

Work Environment

Ability to speak and read English effectively. Ability to read and interpret gauges and record measurements. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets), operating and maintenance instructions, and any relevant manuals. Ability to stand for an 8–10-hour shift. Prior experience preferred, but not required.
