Kelly Services Now Hiring: Production Machine Operators in Huntington Beach, California

Kelly Services is NOW HIRING MACHINE OPERATORS for a production facility in the City of Huntington Beach. The Production Machine Operator (PMO) is responsible for operating and maintaining assigned machines to ensure products meet quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Schedules:

1 st Shift 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday

2 nd Shift 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday-Friday

3 rd Shift 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Monday-Friday

Pay Rate : $16.50-$20.00 per/hour (DOE)

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate production machines following established procedures.

  • Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications and deadlines.

  • Ensure products meet quality standards.

  • Assist in training and implementing new technologies.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues affecting production.

  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Basic understanding of cGMP’s and safety regulations.

  • Ability to lift to 30-50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

  • Effective communication skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.

  • Exposure to moderate to high noise levels and occasional use of PPE.

  • Work environment may include exposure to chemicals and allergens.
