What You'll Do:

As a Financial Analyst, you will be at the heart of our operations, providing insights and support to property managers while ensuring the financial health of our real estate portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and processing loan draw submissions with precision to financial institutions.

• Creating and tracking quarterly and annual financial statements and rent rolls for properties.

• Serving as the go-to expert for document requests tied to property financing.

• Organizing and reviewing real estate tax questionnaires to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Assisting with job tracking number creation for property managers, partnering closely with finance leaders.

• Staying connected with property managers to monitor and support major on-site projects.

• Coordinating responses for lender site inspections, ensuring smooth communication and execution.

• Managing and updating mortgage files and contributing to debt management software to streamline processes.

• Performing financial variance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain accuracy.

• Overseeing bank reconciliations, Letters of Credit tracking, and keeping financial systems in check.

  Requirements

• Applicants must hold a degree in Finance or a related field.

• 1+ year of accounting or finance experience is required

• Proficiency in financial analysis is essential.

• Excellent skills in Excel Formulas are necessary to manage and interpret data.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial.

• Ability to create and deliver comprehensive presentations is highly desired.

• Interest in and experience with the real estate industry desired.
