As a Electrical Foreman you will be responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling crews to complete assigned work orders, including assigning tasks, assuring the work is being installed in a high-quality manner and performing quality inspections. Note: The pay rate for this job is $33 - $40 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Developing electrical project plans, estimating costs, and coordinating with other trades on construction sites.

• Directing and supervising electricians and other electrical workers to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and up to code.

• Overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and power distribution.

• Identifying and resolving electrical issues or problems that arise during the construction process.

• Ensuring that electrical work meets all relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations.

• Creating work schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring projects remain within time constraints, and within budget.

• Inspecting work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.

• Enforcing safety protocols and practices to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment for all workers.

• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project.

 Qualifications:

• A minimum of at least five (5) years of experience as a commercial electrical foreman

• Computer literate with the ability to navigate in Outlook, Google, and Excel

• Solid good communication skills

• Proven ability to manage crews of 12+

• Must be able to bend and stretch overhead easily

• Stand for long periods in heat or cold

• Working knowledge of OSHA & NEC Codes and regulations
