Job Title: CNC Machinist (Days)

Job Description

Join a leading Oil and Gas company that manufactures plastic and rubber parts to support downstream operations. We are seeking five CNC Lathe Machinists who can operate one or more CNC or manual machines to fabricate production parts to print specifications and quality standards in accordance with company schedules, policies, and procedures. You will perform other duties incidental to the job as assigned and learn to operate CNC machines, specifically FANUC and MAZAK, under heavy supervision to fabricate plastic parts. This is a job shop environment where you may run 2 to 3 setups per shift or 2 to 3 setups a week, depending on client requests. Additionally, you will work with Doosan 600 and Doosan 400 lathe 4-axis machines, and program and operate VMC mills (Haas or similar) preferably to machine plastics, metal, and rubber components.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in HUMBLE, Texas.

Work Environment

Very clean and orderly shop floor and departments. Climate controlled. This is a manufacturing and production environment, it can be hot and loud at times. Candidates should have previous experience and exposure to a similar environment. Will be required to have their own safety glasses and steel toes. Other necessary PPE will be provided. 1st shift 6-4 M-Fr occasional Sat. 2nd shift 4PM - 12AM occasional Sat.
