We are looking talent for our General Offices for the position of:

Tax Jr. Manager - Interlomas

Start date: As soon as possible.

Location: Huixquilucan, Estado de México (Interlomas).

Work schedule: M-F

Qualifications: Finance or Accounting degree with 1-2 years of experience in Taxes.

Scope of the role:

  • Maintain stewardship, control and governance over the Mexico Legal Entity Tax and Accounting Finance matters..

  • Tax Preparation - prepare required tax filings/returns in compliance with applicable guidelines

  • Audit Support - managing the tax audits of the company.

  • Restructuring Projects – support in the restructuring projects for Mexico

  • Business Support on Tax & Accounting matters

  • Transfer Pricing & Business Model Compliance support for Mexico

  • Support on all tax compliance matters.

  • Manage all direct and indirect tax matters within the assigned country.

  • Ensure accurate preparation of tax returns and timely submission to the relevant authorities.

  • Facilitate timely tax payments in compliance with local regulations.

  • Effectively manage tax audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

  • Conduct local tax forecasting to support financial planning and reporting.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.

  • Provide guidance on local tax compliance and reporting requirements to internal stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Eligible to work in GO.

  • Finance or Accounting degree.

  • Strong understanding of local tax legislation, administrative regulations, and external accounting reporting requirements.

  • Knowledge of direct and indirect tax principles within the assigned country.

  • Experience in managing tax compliance activities, including the preparation of tax returns.

  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in working with numerical data.

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
