JOB REQUIREMENTS: Arrow Building Center (ABC Panels), headquartered at 576 Hermes Road, Hudson, WI, 54016 phone number: (715) 924-4867, is looking to fill twelve (12) Team Assembler positions from 10/01/2024 to 12/31/2024. This is for full-time Peak-load temporary employment. Duties include: work as part of a team to assemble wall panels. Perform all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process. Perform quality checks during assembly. Operate machinery. Clean work areas. Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs, 25yds. Special requirements include: must be able to lift and carry 75lbs, 25yds, and must be able to handle temperature extremes. The pay rate is \$20.19 per hour, with overtime available at \$30.29 per hour, based on the hourly rate. 40 hours per week from 6:00 AM 4:30PM or 2:30PM 11:00 PM, Monday-Friday. The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Daily travel to worksites in the area of intended employment is required. The requested temporary workers will be based at 576 Hermes Road, Hudson, WI 54016, and will service clients within the Minneapolis - St. Paul - Bloomington, MN-WI BLS/MSA, including the county of St. Croix. The employer provides transportation to and from all workstations. A single workweek will be used in computing wages due. The pay period is weekly. Employer provides housing to the workers at a weekly payroll deduction of \$58.00. Employer will make all deductions required by law. Workers may be held financially liable for any willful or negligent damage to company equipment, property, or provided housing. The offered housing is optional to workers. Transportation, including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging, to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed by a company check, separate from the payroll check, if the worker completes half of the employment period. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back to home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The transportation payment or reimbursement amount will equal the most economically and reasonably common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts. Reimbursement in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but not included passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker). The employer will provide worker, at no charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job and on the job training in the proper use of tools and equipment. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
