Pay of $1,000 a week (before taxes) with a potential to earn extra when working down days and bonus'!

Route Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supervising the Route Drivers and daily service routes

  • Provide and facilitate training to all new Route Drivers

  • Maintain customer accounts and solicit new customers

  • Support and assist Market Managers in meeting sales goals

  • Guide the efforts of the Route Sales Team by riding routes (if needed), checking route books and orders for accuracy

  • Oversee daily settlement of routes in division

  • Handle incoming customer calls either by telephone or in person

  • Coach, lead and develop Route Drivers.

  • Have a highly developed sense of urgency

  • Demonstrate results in improving business performance through leadership

  • Must be able to fill in if Route Driver or Loader/Shipper is on vacation

Requirements

  • Responsible for supervising the Route Drivers and daily service routes

  • Demonstrate results in improving business performance through leadership

  • Must be able to fill in if Route Driver or Loader/Shipper is on vacation.

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle report)

  • Must be able to pass a background check & DOT Physical

  • Must be able to pass a drug screening

  • Supervisor experience and/or Restaurant Management experience (Preferred)

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Must have strong leadership qualities

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be FLEXIBLE with schedule
