We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Human Resources Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in championing our recruiting efforts within Shared Services, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience, attracting diverse, high-caliber talent to meet the needs of our open positions, and managing the contingent workforce. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full cycle recruitment process with a strong emphasis on ensuring a positive experience for all applicants and candidates. This includes sourcing candidates, communicating with hiring managers, coordinating travel and interviews, extending offer letters, and conducting pre-employment screenings.
  • Manage the contingent workforce life cycle.
  • Continuously explore new avenues for attracting diversity in the recruiting process.
  • Source candidates actively and passively through job postings, networking, job fairs, employee referrals, and other channels while building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Review policies and procedures regarding talent management to ensure best practices.
  • Manage projects as determined in the shared services planning process, focusing on continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Support HR systems by ensuring accurate employee information is maintained in multiple systems; create reports, analyze data, and maintain paper files.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience, including experience in full cycle recruitment, with corporate recruiting experience preferred.
  • Solid experience using a Human Resources Information System (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and Teams.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization, including the ability to influence decisions.
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification is a plus.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to three times per year.
