Description We are seeking a Telecommunications Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role centers on moves, adds and changes tasks, primarily handling Avaya Communications Manager, System Manager, and Session Manager. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Perform moves, adds, and changes on Avaya Communications Manager, System Manager, and Session Manager.

• Maintain accurate records of all tasks performed.

• Ensure efficient communication with customers to resolve any issues.

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

• Handle documentation related to tasks performed.

• Utilize Avaya CMS and Crystal Reports as part of daily tasks.

• Exhibit strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.

• Display adeptness in managing systems.

• Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Avaya tools.

• Show expertise in session management. Requirements • Proficiency in Avaya CMS and Avaya software is essential.

• Experience with Crystal Reports is required.

• Familiarity with various management systems.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to provide top-notch customer service.

• Capability to create and manage documentation.

• Experience in communications management is a must.
